Before you can learn to drive you must have a
provisional driving license.
It is possible to apply for a provisional license up to two months before your 17th birthday, but you are not allowed to drive on the road until you have your license and not until you actually turn 17.

Practical Driving Test
There are 5 parts to the test

3. general driving ability
4. reversing your vehicle
5. independent driving
Cost is £62 - £75 depending on when your test is.
Theory Test
There are 2 parts to the test
1. multiple choice
2. hazard perception
